Need help finding doctors - just got on Fl. medicaid.

I am in Volusia County and need to find a primary care doctor and a surgeon. I need a primary care who will refer me for weight loss surgery, and a surgeon who accepts medicaid. I qualify physically but don't know where to start with this. Any ideas?
