Jacksonville, FL Support Group Meeting

I am in the process of starting a new support group in Jacksonville, Florida. If you are pre op, post op, curious, interested, have a loved one or a friend who's thinking about WLS, please consider joining us. The meeting is open to the public and will include people who will talk about all types of WLS and will undoubtedly be an enjoyable place to share and learn. Terri, You've been counted. As soon as I can get approval for the meeting room, we can meet at Memorial Hospital. We're thinking Tuesday night and/or Saturday morning. Is one of those better for you than the other? I'm just sort of "polling" people to see. I sent you personal email but I wanted to post here in case somebody else had the same question. Hopefully Memorial Hospital on a Tuesday night and/or a Saturday morning. I've applied for a meeting room there and they are supposed to get back to me and let me know if the Board of Directors approved my request and then we'll decide on dates and times. Girl, what are you thinking? You were counted in before you emailed me or even put this post up here. Not just counted IN but I'm counting ON you. We've been chatting via email and both knew sooner or later we'd meet face to face. Well, here's our chance. I'll keep you posted....DUH. You were going to get the emails about when and where even if you hadn't offered to be a part of the group. I was gonna bug you til you showed up.
