Update on my TV appearance!

Hey all! I have heard from the producer of the show that I was on a few months back (The Larry Elder Show) and he is working for the Tyra Banks show now (how cool is that?) I was excited to hear from him, as I got to send some more recent photos and stuff, and there is a possibility of doing some kind of update on Tyra's show! I'll let everyone know more when I do...and also, there is a show coming up with people who have issues and encountered difficult and big things since weight loss--whether it be by surgery or not and dealing with issues like friendships, relationships/marriages, anything like that--and he asked me if I knew anyone who would be interested in the show, or free counseling. If anyone is, please email me and I'll gladly pass on the contact info for the Tyra Show. (I am discreet and there are no commitments when you call--the producer explains everything and it's YOUR choice). What exactly is he looking for, people who have had the wls already or before. .

Hi Brenda! I believe he is looking for people who have had weight loss (any method) and are dealing with the struggles or issues of such a major life change, whether it deals with friends, marriage, relationships, body image, anything along those lines. But, I am not very clear on the specifics, as he wishes to discuss them with people as they contact him. They are so great on this show, and treated me wonderfully--so I am sure whoever takes them up on their offer would be very happy with their decision!! -Phoenix

Phoenix, I might be interested . My weightloss is incredible but my head hasn't caught up with my body and sometimes I still struggle with body image and perceptions other's have about me. I saw a counselore for a few months and that has helped but I think this is going to be a lifelong struggle learning how to be a thinner person in my brain too. Amy

I've lost 140 pounds off my body but I forgot to tell my head! I've noticed changes in the way I'm treated...especially at work. I'd be very interested in talking to the producer. Thanks, Rhonda

HI Phoenix - you look fab!!! Hey I would be interested in talking with the producers..cause I could use the free counseling. I still have issues but have relenting in going to counselors because I feel they don't help at all!! So maybe these can - don't know. But could give it a try!
