Dr. Marema is one of the best in business, I had my surgery done by his associate Dr. Kim in Orlando who is also amazing. Both are incredibly talented and considering your case you may want to talk to Dr. Kim only because I think he was a trama surgeon before specializing in WLS. Trama is nice because it requires a think on your feet approach to surgery instead of just abc specialized procedure so he may be able to look at your case from another viewpoint but don't quote me on that I may be wrong. Seeing as your a special case and you need to stay close to home I feel either surgeon will provide you with the utmost proffessional care. I wish you the best of luck. Erik
