tonight is the night before "the night before"
I am getting real nervous. I bought the mag citrate for tomorrow night and filled all my pre/post op prescriptions. Tomorrow I will be packing (and probably puking too!) I am really getting nervous and more and more I am imagining myself running the opposite direction. Other than childbirth I have never elected to do something so drastic to my body. This is where reality really starts to sink in and the "what if" monster is attacking my brain!
Do ya think the doc would mind if I start the sleeping pill thing tonight?? (j/k, sort of)

Mag citrate isn't that bad, I had to take it too. Amy, we all get nervous, so just take a deep breath. Focus on being on the losers bench. You've prepared yourself, educated yourself and know exactly where you want to be and how to get there. I pray that God's peace will be upon you, and that He would guide your doc and nurses. May you recover from anesthesia and surgery without complications. Amen
Remember to pack lip balm, and a small pillow to splint your tummy, you will have to cough after surgery. Wear something loose to the hospital too. I am excited for you...this is a new adventure!
Blessings,
Tami
