Diane N's PB Balls, Fruit & Chocolate Fondue
Here it is - next party you have be sure and make enough of these for everyone
Low carbers and every one else who loves PB & chocolate.
Diane N's PB Balls, Fruit & Chocolate Fondue
Protein Balls
1 cup uncooked oatmeal-processed in a mini chopper or food processor till fine
1/2 cup no sugar peanut butter
4 T pourable Splenda (not packets or part sugar-baking type)
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (peanut butter flavor is good too if you have it)
Combine all in food processor, refridgerate for 2 hrs then roll into small balls and chill.
Cocoa Dust
Combine in a pie plate:
2T Splenda
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Gently roll in cocoa/Splenda mixture. Place in a tightly sealed container in a single layer and freeze till ready to serve.
On the day of the party prepare 1 small package SF FF Chocolate fudge pudding made with 2 cups skim milk-place in pretty serving bowl and chill.
Place bowl of pudding in center of a serving platter and surround with balls. Insert frilly party tooth picks into each ball, dip and enjoy!
Also serve the following:
whole strawberries
banana chunks
large chunks of fresh pineapple
toasted cubes of Angel food cake
large marshmellows
