Lately I have had a hard time keeping the vitamins down. I have tried waiting till I eat something, and sometimes that works. Seems like mornings, I can't keep food down, just protein drinks and tea. Any suggestions? Blessings, Tami

I had to start taking the soft chews. I do alot better with them. Also maybe try a saltine cracker before, gives it something to sit on, so to speak. tina

What are the soft chews? I tried the chewable vitamins, didn't like those, are they the same thing? Blessings, Tami

VIVCTIV has a tropical Fruit Splash not to bad, but I follow it with a carmel calcium chew, that taste like candy...yummy.

I also like the Viactive chews too, give them a try. Good luck! Amy

I am still on Flintstone chewables. They work for me. I was told I could change if I wanted but as long as they continue to work,,,why?
