Lately I have had a hard time keeping the vitamins down. I have tried waiting till I eat something, and sometimes that works. Seems like mornings, I can't keep food down, just protein drinks and tea. Any suggestions?

I had to start taking the soft chews. I do alot better with them. Also maybe try a saltine cracker before, gives it something to sit on, so to speak.
