Daytona Support Group forming

Hello all...well I've done it. I applied for the OH support leader thing here and am in the process of setting up a support group here in Daytona. I know there is one...and its a good one. But it is Dr. Sebastion (Black?) and they have their own protocol. It would be 'non-denominational' and not in conflict with Dr. Sebastion....but in conjunction with. They have a wonderful program. Some of us would like to have a group meeting for post ops (pre ops welcome) but it will not be for any Doctor or protocol. And it would focus on maintainence and nutrition. I know there are a lot of us in the area who could use this. I need to know if anyone is interested....I will call Halifax Hospital to see if we can use the auditorium there. Gee Terriberrie....I doubt it could be on a weekend...folks just have too much to do with family...it will probably be on a Tuesday or Wednesday....2 weeks between Dr. S's so those who want can attend both with 2 weeks between.... Hugs Charlie

Great Terri....Its an hour and a half from Jax to here.....I used to go to Jax every month for my Doc's support group....and though I love him to pieces and he still sees me every 4 months....the meetings are all the same...and I need something different...so we'll see how this works out... Hey Charlie, Count me in, as long as if its in the next 3 months its okay that I come pregnant... Since I am 7 months and didnt feel comfy going to the OTHER meeting pregnant.... But would LOVE to attend! Betty
