Cpap machine

Hi! Please don't be afraid. I know it's new and different, but you will feel so much better when you wake up in the morning if you use it! After 2 weeks, the difference will be uncanny! Try it! It's a little strange to get used to, but it does become 2nd nature and the benefits far outweight the negatives! Good Luck!
April,
I have had mine for 10 years. I use what they call nose pillows because I was allergic to the material the mask was made of. Also, it tends to work better for claustrophobic people. Talk to your physician about them. They make make it easier for you.
I know it will take time to get used to, however, your sleep
patterns will definitely improve and you will feel soooooo much better.

Hi April, I too had to use the cpep machine and like you something about it frightend me. I finally got up enough nerves to use it and it really helped. I slept so peacefully, I didn't have that sluggish filling the next morning after wakeing up. However I found it to be uncomfortable, through the night I perspired around the nose and mouth. After having the surgery I no longer have to use the cpep machine and I have tons of energy every morning.
