Jax support group meeting post-poned...

Hi all, Unfortunately due to the fact that so many people have other commitments this Sat., we are canceling the potluck support group meeting and will post the date of the next meeting in a few days. We are not QUITTING! We believe whole heartedly in a support system for our community so hang in there. Our next meeting will include a guest speaker and free samples of various protein bars for everyone. We hope you can make the next one! God bless you all and have a SUPER weekend! I'm so proud of you two...Don't give up! I know it's not easy!!! I hope I can come one Saturday when I have a day off of work. Update: I got a promotion at work...I'm a full time office manager at another location. I'm also 6 pounds from my goal weight!!! I miss you all, Erika L

You are welcome to attend our meetings also.... We meet the 3rd Sunday of each month at st. Lukes Hospital in Conference Room C located on the ground floor. Our meetings begin at 2:00 and go till around 3:30,,,, Great group and great support... We will be having Chef David Fouts in a couple of months (www.baribites.com ) put on a cooking demonstration for post op patients. I will post more on that event as we get closer. He is an executive chef and also a bariatric patient. We also are having a plastic surgeon speak, hopefully, at our September meeting. If you can make todays meeting come on out.. If not, you are welcome at next months. Contact me with any questions.
