Appeal sent today....Aetna

Well I did it...I complied with the one thing they denied me with and I sent in a denial letter, doc's notes, and letters from friends/family. The thing is...if they deny me again for some off reason (I dont know what they can find) then Im done and can't use insurance. Its moms policy and Im too old to be covered come January

Keep appealing even if they deny you, you have till Nov or so right? Don't give up till the last minute!!

I agree, keep appealing till they get sick and tired of hearing from you and they finall give in.

hi gina i also have aetna ppo through bp/amoco they denied me twice i am trying another time and appeal mine was an exclusion on the policy keep fighting and good luck cathy port st lucie
