Orlando support group 7/19/05

Its time for the Orlando support group meeting once again. This month I would like to have a informal meet and greet. Please bring your favorite low carb low sugar food with you to share along with the recipes. Please make copies of your recipes to share with the group. I am working on a gym night for August. I'll keep you all posted on the progress of that. Please feel free to write all your questions down that you have. There will be lots of post op patients that will be more than happy to help you walk threw this journey. This meeting will be Tuesday July 19, 2005 at 7pm in Lake Mary.
