Hi Tam, At 2.5 weeks, I can say that I am eating a lot of tuna and cheese. I try to keep the protein foods in line...peanutbutter, cottage cheese, yogurt, tuna, cheese....EGGS KILL ME, so I just do the best I can. I've tried to drink milk a couple of times, but I am allergic to milk and now really don't like the taste...but I tried. I think it's all try and try at this point. Good luck! We are not alone.

Unjury protein powder was a blessing for me. You can get it online and the chocolate and vanilla are great. They also have an unflavored that you can put in water, crystal light or tea. Good luck! Rhonda

I agree with Rhonda. I still drink at least one unjury chocolate a day. Gives me 28 grams of protein and it tastes great. I can't eat enough solid foods yet to get all my protein in, so I'll keep that unjury around. Try it, its really tasty! Blessings, Tami
