Does anyone in here have Blue Cross/Blue Shield Empire Blue EPO? If so, what doctor did you use. The people in their call center are useless. Thanks.

I have Empire Blue Cross/ Blue Shield. I used Dr. Keith Kim, his office did all the work, I was approved within six hours. PS: They require a nutritional consultation.
