what in the world?

Hi everyone...having a strange problem...I am able to eat my tuna, applesauce, pudding, etc...but when I try to just drink water (or any other fluid) I get a wicked BURN in my pouch. I'm not gulping, even the tinest baby sip makes my pouch feel like it is seizing up and saying NO WAY! Makes no sense. The pain is very real...other times I can get my 60 ounces in with no problem. Anyone else have this happen early post-op?

Hey Laurie, I feel your pain...I can eat tuna, applesauce, pudding, but the water (only sometimes) feels like it is causing so much pressure that I'm going to burst, and I'm doing the baby sip's, but other times it's a cool welcome feeling, kinda odd ! Other than that are you having any other problems? I started having the dizziness yesterday, up'd my fluids, but I don't like that feeling at all. I had an appointment with Dr.Nye today, and I got my b-12 shot, and I asked him if I could go back to work, Yeah...He said if I was sure that I felt up to it...I'll go back on tues 7/5...feel me in on you are doing.
