I am dealing with them right now. they have given verbal approval but have not put it in writing. I just submitted to them last week. Have you faced an issue with them?

I have UHC PPO and had surgery last August. They were a breeze, I thought compared to some of the stories I have heard. I was approved in 4 days. Good Luck!
