Update: He did GREAT!!!!!!!

Hello, I just wanted to let everyone know that he did GREAT yesterday. He did have a quadruple bypass, but his heart valves were good so everyone was PLEASED about that!!! They took a vein from his leg, arm and the mammary artery in his chest. He looked real good too. I was so shocked, He looked better comming out of heart bypass, than I did comming out of gastric bypass I'm so proud of him, he's an amazing man. My mom called this morning to check on him and the nurse said he was already up WALKING!! This man has been through the ringer and he's already up and at em!! Thanks Everyone for the prayers I sure do appreciate them!!! You guys are SOOOO GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk to ya soon... Lori

Lori, I am so happy to hear you Dad did great! It will be a long road until his gets totally back on his feet. If he is like my Dad he will rush everything, but he needs to take it slow. God bless you and your family!

I was supposed to have mine tomorrow as well, but with having to come here I had to cancel. They were really nice and told me when I got back to call and they would squeeze me in the next day. So I was really greatful for that. I was a lil worried about making this trip, its 970 miles, but I did really well, and I've been feeling GREAT!!! I tell ya though I can't eat mozzarella cheese... OMG it made me sick..lol Well, I'll let ya go and I'll talk to ya soon!! Lori
