Good Morning Florida!!

Hey there,
I have a cpap. I use nose pillows instead of the mask. Much better for me. I also use an attachment that keeps me moist. A humidifier I think they call it. That may help with the sneezing.
I wasn't fond of it at first, however, it really will help you sleep better and you will feel better in the morning.
Hope this helps.
Wishing you the best.

There are other fittings that are suppose to be more comfortable to wear on your face for sleeping. Perhaps someone out there can help with that? If I come across the advertisement on the radio I'll let you know.
Good thing, after surgery you should be able to say goodbye to cpap after a while?
You've been doing a great job April in hanging in there, keep up the good work! Hugs!
Blessings
Tami
Hi Tami , thank you for your reply, the hanging in there has been the hard part but just by using that cpap machine last night...I know without any shadow of a doubt that I need and want this surgery because I want to be healthy and be able to breath when I sleep without a machine....thanks for all the good wishes and the help..
April
April I am so happy you are getting closer to surgery. I didn't have sleep apnea and never heard of it till I came to this board but I can say I had much difficulty sleeping (asthma) and with reflux and now I am free of both problems. I had a hiatal hernia repair during surgery as well. I am so happy I had this surgery and I know you will be too.
