Tessa, I'm post op (surgery on June 13) just 14 days, and I had the ON-Q cath and it was great, It really helped with the pain, my doctor removed it on 6/16, just 4 days after surgery, by then it was empty, I had no need for any pain medication. I recommend it. I was up and walking an hour 1/2 after surgery. Good Luck... Jerrie
