1st week-16pds!!!!

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited. I am down 16 pounds this morning and feeling so much better! This has been an interesting week to say the least...I think I've gone through every emotion to man kind! I can't believe I've lost 16 pounds already!!!!!!!!!! WWWWAAAHHHHHOOOOOOO!

WOOOO HOOOOOO WTG girl, I"m so happy for you. I thought I"d get on here to see if you'd posted. I left my notebook at home with your number on it. JUst letting you know we made it here and I saw my dad he goes in tomorrow morning for a triple or quad bypass, so PLEASE keep him in your prayers. I surely would appreciate it. SEEEEEE Laurie!!! It was just the other day - you thought you were making an mistake - and now you're seeing the good results of the surgery. And you haven't even had your first WOW moment so hold on to your belt buckles....it's gonna be a WOW ride!! (sorry to be silly)!!
