So I went to my check up today and there I stood on the scale, knowing full well what it said this morning. To my surprise, it stopped at 140.0 even, and that means I have lost 100 lbs. as of today!!! I'm so proud I could burst! My labs were perfect and I was told that I should keep on with my current vitamin regimen because I seem to be doing it right. Jan

Congratulations Jan, You inspire me. I can't wait to have surgery. I'm still waiting on Aetna to approve me. Dr. Jawad's office has faxed it at least four or five times since June 6th and they always say they haven't received anything. Finally yesterday, they told me they received it and it is in review. I hope it doesn't take as long to get an answer. Anyway your picture is great, you look awesome. I hope I can do as well as you. I have my mind made up to do everything exactly the way Dr. Jawad tells me too. I feel like this is my chance and I'm not going to blow it. Besides if I can make it through this whole insurance ordeal , I'm sure I can survive just about anything else. I am going crazy waiting for an answer. I started this whole process over a year and ahalf ago. ( first with my husbands insurance and now mine ) Here praying! Are you coming to Orlando this weekend for OH seminar. way to go Jan....that is great, keep up the good work...you must be feeling wonderful...and thank you for your reply to my post...I know I will feel better and I am so very glad I found this surgeon instead of the first I was going to go with last year or this wouldn't have been found out and I know it will help with my approval...you are a wonderful inspiration to us all..
