And I am doing well. I am amazed that I haven't had a SINGLE problem. I prepared for the worst, and keep reading about problems people have, and I haven't had the first one. No nausea, no vomiting, nothing. Dr. Jawad must be incredible! I am down from 357 to 310, a total of 47 pounds. i was a little dissappointed at the progress, until I went to Universal IOA last Monday. Last time I was there, I couldn't ride The Hulk or Dueling Dragons. But on Monday, went after work and was not only able to ride all of them, but could buckle in all by myself without any help from the attendents, and actually with a little room to spare. That was a big goal for me, and I really was stoked!

Ted, IOA was a huge milestone for me too. I went a couple weekends ago and left feeling on top of the world because I could walk the entire park, ride the rides and have a blast without feeling exhausted (or humiliated) at the end of the day. Keep up the great progress, this is definitely an incredible journey and every step is very special, enjoy it! Take care, Amy -180lb.
