Submitting Paperwork .....Endoscope .......

Well - the dr office is getting papers together to send to ins company.I have the endoscope this friday which I am scared to death of .I have called to see what I need to have as far as viatmins and stuff and seem to be getting no where with that -- I was kind of anxious all this time and now it is a lonely and lost feeling - I do not know what to do next and I feel like there is so much that I need to get and to do and the cordinators really do not have any answers - they say do not worry you will get it toghter - I am a perosn who likes to be well prepared.And i feel like everyting that I have read and learned I have all of the sudden forgot - plus my dh is being a real jerk latley.Well needed to vent - I must go back to work for now. Congratulations! You gotta do everything one step at a time! I can personally tell ya that the endoscropy is a minor thing. I had had abdonminal pains and I was nervous about having this done and even told the doc - the person who is doing this knows about my situation, right? He acted as if nothing yet he didn't diagnosed the problem correctly either..however the procedure is quite simple and they give you good drugs so honestly on that - don't worry. I understand what you're saying about being well prepared..but sometimes there isn't a answer right away for everything - and since your nervous are frazzled you're probably nervous and anxious and even probably snapping at people and not realizing (this aside from the fact that dh's can be real jerks too (lol). But really hon take it easy. I have gallbladder surgery tomorrow and am anxious and nervous because no one has talked much of it to me so I know where you're coming from..so at this point all I can do is take things as they come. Keep me posted.

Thanks - how are you doing ??? I miss our friends , it seems like forever ! The dr was like we could do the scope next week and my dh says well lets do it on fri --- I HATE needles and the entire time we were in the dr office all he wanted to do was talk about himslef and his med problems - finally the dr says I am a surgeon you need to see a dr about your concerns.We need to finish with your wifes concerns today so that we can submitt to the ins - he is always turing things to him --- there is so much to say but my boss just came back from luch - talk to ya later and take care my dear -- Misty

Hi how are you doing? oh what a dumb question huh......I had my endoscopy done last thursday and it was a piece of cake...they put me in the room and the drug dr (easier to spell then what he was) gave me this wonderful drug and all I remember is him saying very quietly nighty night..next thing I knew they woke me and I was getting dressed , drinking and then going home...looks like we are on the same track as far as our progress is in this...maybe we will become losers at the same time, wouldn't that be cool...take care and email me anytime you would like... good luck April

Mac, are you talking about the vitamins needed post bariatric surgery? Bariblend is good, you will need a good multi, calcium, iron, q-10. You will need to take vitamins 2 x daily, q-10 2 times, and calcium 2 times. Calcium citrate is the best. Your doc may have other specifics but these are some of what I have to be on.
