Hey Bobby,
Your story is inspiring!
I am approaching 1 month out and am down 40lbs to date. I started at 370 and my goal is 220 (I'm 6'4"). Perhaps I will get down to my high school weight of 210.
Glad to hear everything is going so well for you!
Your picture looks fantastic. I took a bunch of shots 3 days before surgery and will compare them as I go along. It's hard to believe how big I look in them.
Keep up the excellent work!
Ken

Hey Ken,
Congrats on becoming one of the LOSERS!!!
You are really doing great!!! So how are you feeling?
Taking the pictures as you go is the right way to go. I am so picture shy that I have not been doing that, and I kind of wish I had. It's funny that I still don't feel like I've lost any weight. Unless I look at an old picture it just doesn't seem real. I still look at myself in the mirror and see some big fat guy looking back (granted this fat guy is a lot saggier
)
Thanks for the encouragment!!!

Support is really what makes this journey work. I attend a support group held at Celebration Health Hospital in Celebration. They are held every second Wednesday of each month at 7:00PM. It really is a great group and there are people there from all over the state. If you'd like directions or info, I'd be glad to help you out

Hey Amy,
Wow...your date is coming really soon!!! I know you must be excited!!! I also know that you are probably having doubts and fears (I know I did). If you ever just wanna talk or whatever, please feel free to drop me a line. I originally was going to go with Dr. Marema before changing to Dr. Kim. I know you will be in good hands
