I moved to FL three years ago and had the same problem so what I did was went back to GA for my send year and since then simply get all required updates/tests, etc. with my PCP because I had such a hard time locating one....
I have the same problem. I go back to Denver to see my surgeon. I have my pcp here do the lab work. She calls the surgeon to get the labs he wants then I go to Denver and see him twice a year.. if I have a problem I go more often. It is costly though. Carla
