sounds about right...I had had a few small stalls...but around that time I got into a 6 week one...I had lost abt 70ish at that time....but in my opinion what you show is very light in eating. Are you exercising?? I was eating only 3 small meals and then I was doing cardio (jogging)..so really I was expending or using more than what I was getting in. The protein amount is good but get in something with a bit more substance. What I did to finally move from my stall was add one or two snacks and came down from the cardio to walking fast or use the fat burning mode. I have 2 HB egg whites in the morning sometimes I add lean bacon (only 70 cal) or dry cereal, then my snack after drinking is 3-4 turkey slices/1 oz of cheese from those blocks of cheese. Lunch issomething chicken, or grilled fish fillet and if I can add another round of turkey/cheese I do that - and I try to do that if I know I'm going to work out - cause I need the extra energy. Or I may have breakfast bar which is only 100 cal. Then after working out (which is fat burning mode) I try to eat something chicken or play it by ear..sometimes I have a bit of carb control ice cream - like a cup...and that's my day...and then after a while try switching it up - cause you want to let your body know you are changing..some people change their bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms etc every week or month or whatever and so we need to do the same to keep our bodies moving. Of course none of this is an "expert" opinion..just someone whose been there....Keep up the good work! 90 lbs is an awesome amount - and it'll be 100 in no time!!!
