Made Docs goal

Well I made his goal while on vacation go figure! I lost 150 pounds in 10 months...I feel awesome. I made his goal a week ago and now I am down 4 more pounds...I have .6 til I am a normal BMI. It feels weird buying medium clothing instead of 3x and 4x, I would of never thought in a million years I would be buying mediums. I just got back from vacation and saw my ex mother-in-law who couldn't believe how I looked that felt great. Most people were very shocked seeing me and people who never met me before couldn't believe it was me in my old pictures. My cousin didn't know I had surgery and she has been looking into getting it done too. I talked a lot to her about doing it for herself and don't let anyone else influence her decsion. I can't wait to see where my journey takes me..... Tracey 327/173 below goal

Congratulations! How awesome. Can I ask how tall you are? The charts say my goal is 140 and I'm 5'7.5" and I've never been smaller than 214 as an adult. Thanks for sharing your success. It keeps me going. Rhonda

I was 5'9...I think I shrunk, my husband said I lost the fat off the bottom of my feet. Tracey

Tracey, That is awesome! Congrats on meeting Overcash's goal in such a short time! I am still struggling with it coming off now, but slowly is better than nothing. I have increased my protein, water and exercise again in an effort to get back on a regular weightloss track, but my body seems to have a mind of it's own. Now worries, in due time We need to catch up now that you are back from vacation, call me and let's do lunch Amy
