I found two wonderful books at my local library:

Susan Maria Leach- Before & After: This is the BEST book. You can also reach Susan Maria Leach on this site. Barbara Thompson has two books: Finding the thin person hiding inside you & Weight loss surgery for dummies. Yo also can find her on this site.
