Submitted to insurance today
Hello Everyone,
This is the first time actually posting a message on the board, all though
I read it almost everyday. I'm planing on having my surgery in Ocala,
with Dr. Jawad. I hear he is great. Their office just faxed over all my info to Aetna today. So here's hoping and praying it will be approved this time. I also just wanted to thank everyone for be such a huge support group. I really don't talk to anyone about this much, so it is great to have this website to go too. Please say a little prayer for me, for a quick
approval. Lord knows I need one.

I haven't done this for a really long time, but if you need an Ocala angel, I'd be happy to volunteer for you. That means I'll post an update for you and visit you on your second day in the hospital. The only thing I ask is that you remind me of your big day when it gets close!! My memory is really good but short!!
I'm keeping you in my prayers that you get approved by Aetna without any snags!!

Good luck with Aetna, I also have them and with my plan they are paying 100% and actually my date is thursday with Dr. yasrebi in jax, But I just wanted to share with you my expierence with aetna. My dr faxed all of my info to them on 5/16 at around 11:00am and before 1:00 I got a call from my dr with my approval.... not even 2 hours later so best of luck to you I hope they will be just as fast with your claim as they were with mine. Wow lucky you. This is actually the second time I am submittimg it
to Aetna. They turned me down in December. Have now gone throught
another 6 months with my PCP and have alot more notes and comments on my chart. Joined Curves and WW and have lost 38lbs. I hope this
proves to them that I'm not taking no for a answer. Thanks for your support and I wish you the best of luck. See ya on the losing side.
