Affordable Insurance

Does anyone in Fla know of any AFFORDABLE, insurance that I can purchase? We have Medicaid share of cost and they said that theoretically the surgery would be covered but I basically have a $250 deductible to meet every MONTH, and they only doctor that will accept it is over four hours away. I also need something with a VERY low deductible. We are not in the greatest place finacially, but I feel that this surgery will make a HUGE difference in my life. Thanks!
