Well, it seems me and you have the same issue. I've been able to quit 5 times while I was pregnant ( 5 kids) but I'm struggling right now. I'm trying to quit the way I did with them.. I just don't smoke. Well, I'm craving them BAD and I have to say that with my nerves the way they have been I really feel like its a bad time to try to quit although, I know I have to for a healthy outcome. I can say that today I've only had 2 but I'm dying for one now as we speak..lol My surgery is scheduled for June 14th so I'm hoping I've quit enough in advance that I won't have probs. well, I probably didn't help much just more or leaa wanted you to know you are not alone and I'm struggling as well. Good Luck and God Bless Lori

Can you get a patch and wellbutrin from the doc? I understand that works very well. Good luck, it is really hard but it is so much safer to quit b4 the surgery. I quit many times b4 I finally did it for real. The only way I was finally able to do it was to do one moment at a time--one minute--one hour--one day--one week-one month etc. I just kept saying to myself--if I have a drag now--all the suffering I have gone through wll have been for nothing cause I will be right back where I started. I hope this helps. Good luck
