I probably cannot help because I am pre op but wanted to let you know that we are out there - we are thinking of you and just hang in there !! Also - if they do not call you back then you just keep calling them - maybe try your primary or surgeon and possibly they can help you until you get a call back from the dietician ---- hope all is well - MaC *#*

Have you moved up to solid foods yet? Make sure you are getting protein in. Look for protein with less than 3 grams of sugar per serving. Your scales are minding you.....get off them except 1 time a week. You will hit dry areas BUT you will be losing inches during this time. If you have not measured inches. Go ahead its not to late. Just keep to your program. EVERYTHING else will follow. Keep the water up. Drink, walk, drink walk. Good luck and let me know how your doing. tina 236/150/135

Sandy, I echo what Tina said! Stay off the scale...it will drive you crazy. Get your protein in, drink lots of fluids, walk and most important: following your doctor's orders! I've lost 105.5 pounds in 4 months. During the first two months I kept thinking that it wasn't working but it was! Be well, Rhonda
