I'm so excited to go to this convention! I was really bummed I couldn't go to the Jersey one, but I couldn't find cheap airfare and couldn't get any days off from work so I would have been rushing around. I hear from some of my support group members that they had a great time. I of course was cursing myself for not going. Oh well. 
This one sounds like it will be a blast. Hopefully a bunch of us will get together and do a park the next day or CityWalk that night. My fiance will be out of the country so I won't know what to do with myself.
For those of you still looking for a reasonable place to stay while in Orlando I have a timeshare that allows me to do referrals. If you click on the link below OR call 800-375-7828 and use reference number 3218401003 you can get at least a Studio Unit (larger than a hotel room) for 4 days and 3 nights at Westgate Resorts for 129.00. I know that staying in the hotel is convenient but I have so much more space in my timeshare condo that I have become a snob. Anyway, I thought I would post this here since so many have been talking about affordable rooming. You would have to call but I believe each one sleeps four. I am going up with my mother and son so I can't share a room, but you guys are welcome to.
One thing to keep in mind is in order to get this good price you have to see a timeshare presentation for about 90 minutes (they serve free breakfast including eggs and sausage during the presentation) and you have to make over 40k a year. Also if you are married - your spouse has to attend with you. For this reason this may not work for everyone since I think most of us are going without our honey! If you have any questions, about the resort - email me. I own there and stay there but I don't know if you can get discount tickets as a guest. You can try because I know the owners get them and you may be able to get them since they are trying to sell to you. It is worth a try anyway.
