Happy Re-Birthday to me!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hey my Florida Friends, Well it has been 1 year today that my life changed forever. I can't believe I am down 135 pounds forever. Thanks to all of you for your help and support. Congratulations to you! This is also my re-birthday. It was only last week that I became a member of the century club, so you have lost more than I have. I'm just beginning to feel like I'm getting all my energy back. I realized how much I did last weekend and hardly any tv watching or sitting down. I'm older, 58, and I think that plays a part in the weight loss and the recovery. Continued success to you!
