Magnesium citrate - How long

I am getting concerned, I drank a 10 fluid ounce bottle of this stuff about 3 hours ago, and ah..................nothing is happening? Should I go get another bottle? I thought it would work pretty quickly. I have had so much water I'm nearly sick???

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. My surgeon had us use Milk of Magnesia the night before surgery and I didn't have any results either, and it didn't pose a problem the next day as far as surgery.But, I'm not a Dr. so either page your surgeon's office tonight or let them know tomorrow prior to surgery.
