Hi Everyone, Had my stress test for cardiac clearance yesterday. It went great according to my cardiologist, Dr. Barden. I did really well during the stress session with the persantine drug. It felt wierd but no pain except a slight headache. That went on for about 7 minutes and then the nurse gave me the reversal medicine. Dr. B said I might feel some tingling or numbness in my face, that didn't happen at all. The headache lasted for about 40 minutes. Then it was finished and I was out of there in 3 hours. It takes between 2 to 4 hours depending of the wait. The test part only takes about 40 minutes total, but there are only 2 imagining machines so you have to wait you turn for those. I should get the results of the scans early next week. Dr. B said I did great with the stress part, but the images are what we need to know that there is nothing serious to stop the surgery. I'll post my results later. Have a great weekend. Lori
