UPSET

Hi all well i am just really upset i have been waiting on my pcp for a week and a half to write my letter of medical nessecity and she said she dictated it and now she is the only one holding up my surgery being approved i dont know i have been waiting so long for this letter that i am starting to fell like they are giving me the run around i am starting to get depressed i want this so bad but i dont know what else i can do HELP Kassandra

i would either do one of two things... wait in her office till you get it write your own letter and have her sign it good luck with your journey alexa

I got the run around from my PCP to begin with too. I drove over to their office and told them I was there to pick up the letter. They said they didn't have it signed yet. I said, I'll be right over there waiting. I had to wait over an hour (because the truth was they hadn't even done it yet). But you can be assured I left that office with a letter. Hugs Kim

Kassandra, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Perhaps asking if there is anything you can do to facilitate the letter? Give them a template letter to follow and after you're approved, than send a thank you to the doc and office. I gave my doc a chick filet coupon and some little thank you items to the girls in the office. I appreciate their helping, and hopefully paved the way for things to go even better for the next bariatric patient. Blessings, tami

Well guys i got the letter today i went to the office and sat there intill it was signed by the main dr, so i get it right and the letter is great EXCEPT it has the wrong type of surgery so then we went threw this whole thing and finally at 5pm i got the RIGHT letter and evrything was submitted THANK YOU ALL KASSANDRA LET KEEP OUR FINGERS CROSSED I GET AN APPROVAL FIRST TIME AROUND

Hi Kassandra...I was thinking of you and wondering how your monday morning went...(waiting on your PCP.) I am sorry to hear of your issue. Just when we think things are going SOOOOO well, we run into another wall! We could be a construction team!!!
