psyche in P'Cola?

Does anyone know of a psyche in P'Cola that DOESN'T require the 2 hour computerized test? I have heard from several people in other towns that do not have to take this computerized test...do we have that option here in P'Cola? Let me know what U guys think. Thanks!!! Laurie

Hi Laurie First, check and make sure the 2 hour test isn't a requirement of your particular surgeon or insurance. My insurance required me to take the MMPI-2 test as part of the psych eval. It wasn't up to me or my surgeon, the insurance company required it. Since they required it, it was paid for. Good luck!!! ~ Trish

Laurie, I used Dr. Susan Danahy (sp?) in P'cola. All she did was talk and ask questions. Dr. Nye's office accepted this and so did my insurance. Of course that was almost 3 years ago...things may have changed. Good luck! Patty
