1. Go to church and praise the good man above for making it through this. 2. Not have my Son have to stick up for me because his so called friends call his mom a beached whale. 3. Cry with joy because I will no longer have to see if I can fit into the booth or chair etc... in front of co workers that are a regular size. 4. Go dancing. 5. Be able to wash wipe etc... By myself. (I know its graphic but its a goal) 6. Go out with my two boys and not have to worry about my knees and feet aching so bad I have to stop in the middle of the mall. 7. Not hide my face or wear big shirts to cover my big belly and arms. 8. To where a sun dress again and lay in a field of flowers and be able to get back up without help. 9. To be healthy. 10. To NEVER EVER EVER NEVER GET THIS BIG AGAIN.!

Emily, It's wonderful we have a solution in WLS. I Thank God for this opportunity and the AMOS website which is truly inspirational. I too can't wait to have surgery. I look forward to not being the heaviest person in the group. shopping in regular stores or at least for clothes I like rather than for the largest thing to cover my body flaws e.g. big shirts. to run , jump, and dance when the mood strikes me. to be comfortable in social situations...lately I'm more comfortable to stay home. I almost didn't go to see Aretha recently because I was worried about the seats ...could you imagine having the opportunity to see Aretha and not go oh, and I look forward to the day I dont have to worry about the thighs - you know what I mean Good luck and God Bless AnnaMarie

Emily and Ann Marie.............I pray for both of you to achieve all those wonderful goals. My goal was simple.......to get off all my prescription medications and to keep my blood pressure within normal range. I succeeded in both. Just keep on track and keep your goals ever before you. Emily, That is a great list, but you are going to find that there are so many more things that you are going to be able to do after your surgery. Good luck, and enjoy the ride. Steve 385/220/goal
