Question of the day...

IT'S FRIDAY!! What are you doing this weekend?? Looks like shopping for me. GROCERY shopping! ugh! We shop every other Friday and for a six person family it takes us several hours. So I am usually exhausted after that and just want to veg! Sallykate

Usually we clean the house on Saturdays, but today we are all staying home to clean the house. Tomorrow I am going to the meet and greet and also have to take my son to his dad's. Finish painting my son's new room so we can put in the carpet. Put together the new grill I bought for my husband and maybe finish putting together the new weight machine we bought. Fold clothes and do the laundry too..that is every weekend thing and I never get caught up. I add more to this list but I won't...I am looking forward to my vacation at the end of the month for 2 1/2 weeks. Tracey

Well, my sister and I are stilling trying to find a good, cheap elliptical trainer for our small apartment. So, I plan to go to Wild Oats for food shopping and then off to Sports Authority to try out some of the machines I've seen on google. I hope we find one soon. We bought one from Walmart and took it back because it motion wasn't smooth. You can't try machines out at Walmart (bummer). Well, have a good weekend everyone! Lori

I get excited about Fridays too, even tho I work evenings Wednesday thru Mondays. Other than work, there will be disco on the radio tonight ( 104.7, The Friday Night Dance party) and a BBW dance we attend every Saturday night after work over in Tampa. When I get off work today I will be on vacation for 10 beautiful days! My brother & sister are flying in for a week and we are going bumming around Florida. I might need to go out and buy one of those One Tank Trip books!

I just woke up from nap. Shortly I will be on my way to the grocery. I too look forward to fridays even though I work Saturdays. I guess the TGIF got stuck in my mind...

TGIF..........even if I will be doing housework most of the weekend. However...........first on my list tomorrow AM is a pedicure~~ then I'll start the laudry. I'm sort of excited though.....I've been away from home the last three weekends in a row. luvitsunnyv

Ok, so I'm replying a bit late but we've had a great weekend so far. We started our weekend on friday, we went shopping (hubby & I) for dive gear, swimming/tanning at the beach, to the theater for a movie then home to play frisbee with all of the kids and my siblings! Imagine 4 adults and 8 kids tossing 6 frisbees & 2 footballs all at the same time! We had a blast! Today my sister and I went shopping with the kids and now we're making taco, nachos and chocolate chip cupcakes for dinner & desert. Kids are playing in the pool. Dogs are napping and the adults....we're just laying back enjoying the bright sunshine with sweet tea and Chris Isaac playing in the background. Tomorrow, its dog park early in the am, church then lounging in the yard or off to the beach again. Weekends are always this wonderful. This one just seems to be special.

I just had an IVC filter put in, so my neck is still very sore. Looks like a have a huge hicky on my neck, people keep staring at me. anyway, I will be gardening. I love to ork in the yard. I learned how to "cultivate" my own seeds, and I have been planting and germinating evry evening. I love it!
