Need info on support group in Miami area.....

There is a support group that meets the last Thursday of every month at South Miami Hospital. You can go to miamihope.com and click on the link "support group" and it will give you more information.
Not everyone who attends these meetings had Dr. Rabaza, Dr. Verdeja or Dr. Gonzalez as their surgeon. It's open to anyone who has had or is considering weight loss surgery. The meetings are very organized and are coordinated by a staff psychologist from South Miami Hospital and the Bariatric Nurse coordinator from South Miami Hospital. They usually last an hour or two.
