Question of the day...
Well our weekend is upon us and I know that I am certainly looking forward to it! I hope you gusy have a great weekend and for those of you that have to work...well, just don't work too hard!
What do you like to do for exercise? I know it is not everyone's favorite thing to do but when you do have to do it...what do you like doing the most?
For me, I think it would be swimming. I lost 40lbs after my first baby by swimming faithfully every night.

I really enjoy the Elliptical Trainer. It is much easier on the joints then a treadmill. I just purchased one from Walmart for $160 however, it doesn't glide smoothly, so back it will go and I will look for one that has a longer stride. They seem to glides more smoothly. I started using it on my cruise in January and got up to 8 minutes from not doing any exerise. Barry, the trainer on board, said to take it slow and build up to 30 minutes a day for 4-5 day a week. It is a great body workout as you use your legs and upper body when using the machine.
I also love to swim!! Glad I live in Florida, although today in Rockledge it is very cool!!!
