HELP!!!! weight gain

Hi.. I am post op 7 yrs and I managed to gain 60 lbs right back.. they are do to a freaking pretzel addiction that i inheritated.  i guess i used them as slider food.  and now i cant stop.. anyone got any advise.  i just wanna jump off a bridge.

Hey I am 4 years out and regained 25 lbs, and I know how you feel. I am a sweet cookie addiction. I know better but the minds says different. I need the support of friends and family right now. I moved to the Lakeland area and hope to get in a support group or hook up with someone to chat with. We can do this ! We did it once and can do it again!! If you will be my buddy as we do our journey of weight loss again.
