Orlando Bound!

Greetings! I am going to be heading down to Orlando next month. My hotel will be on International Drive. Can anyone give me some tips as far as good places to eat, great places to eat, good WLS shopping (Powercrunch and unjury), etc. Thanks! Unknown Comic

Hiya fellow New Yorker (formerly from Rochester, NY) I live in Orlando. What are you looking to do? Most places are good to eat - and I-Drive has PLENTY...is just making the right choices at those places but I wouldn't visit a buffet - too much food that you can't eat. I don't understand what you mean about the WLS shopping..what is powercrunch or unjury? let me know what you're looking for. I can help with attraction tickets if you're interested.

Powercrunch is a protein bar (one of my favorites) and Unjury is a protein shake. He is interested in where he can purchase those types of things near I-Drive. Unfortunately, I dont know that side of town so I cant help give him suggestions.

Comic, I love Bahama Breeze on I-Drive! They have wonderful appetizers and a late night menu if you are out later than normal. There are all kinds of restaurants along I-Drive so you wont hurt for selection. Not sure about where you can get your protein fix, but if you find a Planet Smoothie, they make some lowcarb shakes that are very good, I usually have them add the protein blast. I think there are some drugstores and grocery stores on Sandlake Dr, but the hotel can give you the best suggestions. The only place I know of to buy Unjury is at Celebration Health in Celebration, FL about a 15 min drive from I Drive. They sell it at the US Bariatric office in Celebration Health. I would suggest ordering some a head of time from www.unjury.com. Good luck!
