UNITED HEALTHCARE WRITTEN EXCLUSION POLICY

WE HAVE A WRITTEN EXCLUSION POLICY WITH UHC. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR OVER ONE YEAR TO GET MY DAUGHTERS SURGERY APPROVED. FINALLY WE HAVE A FACE TO FACE APPEAL ON MAY 4TH 2005. Katherine, Have you posted this question in the Insurance Help forum of Obesity Help.com? There is also a website that is linked off of an attorney's page that offers free advice and sample appeal letters for people who are fighting for insurance coverage. If you post in the insurance forum, maybe someone over there can also help you. There are lots of knowledgable people posting there who are fighting just like you are.
