Florida friends... I need your help please?

Hi all, I have not been saying anything here on the board about my dilemma...I have been trying to carry it by myself (me and God) but I think I need to talk about this and ask for your sincere prayers for me. I had my consult on Mar.31 and Shirley, Dr. Brients insurance coordinator, submitted the codes to Aetna on the 5th of April at which time she requested a call from the nurse that would be assigned to my case. She never got a call. So I called a week later and have been ever since. Each time I call, I get a different story. At first I was being told that my file was being reviewed by the nurse...but when I called Shirley to let her know that, she laughed because they don't even have my file to REVIEW!! They had never called her back and requested it which is the normal "next step". Grrrr.... I have asked to speak with supervisors who will not come to the phone but promise to call back and they never do. Last week I was told that a nurse was never assigned to my case at all yet. Anyway, do you get my point? They are totally giving me the run around! I COVET your prayers at this point. I know that together our prayers can and will change this. So, I am asking you all to please please pray with me for my approval. I neeeeed and want this so bad. You all are great and I know you will be there for me. SallyKate... I am sorry you are having such a time with your approval. The best advise I can give you in this case is to be on there back on a daily basis until you get answers!!! They will get so tired of hearingfrom you that they will know you by name that is for sure. They will want to get you approved jsut tot get you off there back Hope everythingworks out for you! Becky

I had atena and they played the same games with me. For three weeks they kept saying they didn't even have my file. The the next time I called they said I was approved. So its hard I know, but be patient. And keep calling them! My prayers are with you.
