Next Central FL Meet & Greet

Our next gathering will be Saturday, May 14th @ 12-3pm in the Altamonte Mall foodcourt. This is open to anyone pre-op, post op or considering surgery. Bring your family and friends and meet others from the FL board. Look for the balloons to identify the group. This is a very informal get together and has no structure, so you can come and go as you like. Hope you join us and meet some new friends for support. I can't wait to meet everyone but I'll be on vacation in Massachusetts on that date. Are their ever any mid-week gatherings like the one that was going to be at Panera Bread a few weeks ago that was cancelled? Rhonda

Pick a date, time and place and give enough notice via the board and you might have a few takers for something mid-week. Mid-week is hard for me unless it is lunch but even then it depends on my work schedule. Amy P.S. I emailed your personal trainer a few weeks ago and I never heard back from her.
