I believe I have seen some folks post that Dr. Cox in the Ft. Lauderdale area accepts medicaid.

I have scoured near and far and after discussing with Medicaid/Medipass, the only surgeon still performing operations for WL is Dr. Cox. Good Luck

Try the Cleveland Clinic in Weston which is close to Ft. Lauderdale. My husband Omar and I both have Medicaid/Medipass and our surgeries were performed there. Good luck! Sincerely, Dawn Post-Op 9/23/04 399/269/200
