yea - not sure if you're drinking crystal light, cream of chicken soup (but it was only good like the first time), now I know about cup a soup these are light and good for you and you probably won't even eat all of this. Have you tried any homemade soups? Light mash potatoes, watery oatmeal (won't be great tasting but you'll get some nutrition in). High Protein Skim Milk (1/24 c of skim milk poweder with reg skim milk, you can add vanilla extract to enhance flavor. Blend together in blender). High protein strained hot cereals ( 1 package of unsweetened instant oatmeal), high protein skim mill and cinnamon or sugar substitutes can be added for desired flavor. Make a gallon or as much as you can make and then serve yourself the 2 oz. Also high protein sugar free fat free pudding ( 1 pacakage of fatfree, sugar free instant pudding, and 16 oz of high protein skim milk (pour cold milk into a medium bowl and mix pudding. Whisk for 2 min and soft set or chill for later.) Have you tried artificially sweetened yogurt. Egg Beaters, Cottage cheese, protein shakes? Unsweetened juice, and how about baby foods? I tried some of that. And melted cheese. These are a few things that my nutritionist suggested. Also, popsicles and jello, baby oatmeal (nasty). I hope these suggestions help! A little bit more and you'll graduate to pureed foods (yeeahh, fun!)

Tooter, Thanks for posting your site. Very good information for me...I'm 8 weeks out. You did wonderful with your weightloss...and though I am only 8 weeks out I am looking forward to getting a tummy tuck as well. I had a previous scar from endometriosos that never looked bad because I was at my normal weight of 112 to 120 but in the past year that scar has caused me such distress. I'm glad I read your information & did sign up for updates.

Sugar free fudgsicles...and creamsicles. Those were the best! I still have a lot of chicken broth from chicken noodle soup. I don't know though if I could ever eat anymore sugar free jello LOL. Stephanie
