Today is my 2-year Anniversary
Starting weight 502+
Pre-op 462lbs.
Currently 328 lbs.
So I've lost about 174lbs overall, 134 since surgery 2 years ago. And honestly all that came off in the first year. I have yo-yo'd between 340 and 320 ever since.
My surgeon wants me to lose another 65lbs before I can have Henrietta fixed and begin plastic surgery.
But if you've kept up with my story you would know weight is the least of my problems lately. This time last year I would have never thought I would now be living in Miami, I also would have never imagined that I would have spend more time in the doctors office or having test done that at my new job.
I feel normal, which is a good thing to feel, however, I don't like 330lbs to be my normal...it's not normal. I'm working on setting some new goals for myself since I have reached almost all the ones I had set pre-op. I don't know what I'm missing out on, since I have never been anything near a normal weight before.

Hey, Sarah I hope you're doing well. Congratulations on the tremendous amount of weight loss you've accomplished but you're right if you're not satisfied with staying at 330 then there is much work to be done. Puttin on this weight didn't happen overnight it happened over a LONG period of time and it will take time to get it off. Re-evaluate what you're doing and what you can do different to change your metabolism and get it moving again. I've just upped my cardio training to get my slow metabolilsm moving again.
